HOW DID I COME UP WITH THE NAME ASTER MEADOW HOME?
After brainstorming “hundreds” of names, I landed on Aster Meadow Home to pay homage to a few things that represent me and what I want the brand to convey. The first home I ever knew was on Cranberry Meadow Road. It sounds so idyllic and I wanted to incorporate it somehow into my blog name. Asters, for those who don’t know, are daisy-like flowers that bloom in late summer/early fall. They’re the birth flower for September, which is the month I was born and the month I got married. I also think there’s something to be said for a flower that blooms when others begin to fade. Beautiful, unique and resilient.
